2017: a complicated vintage where Chardonnays reign supreme!
After a rather classic viticultural season, the end of the journey became very chaotic, with a hot and humid August leading to a significant degradation of the health of the Pinots in certain areas. Fortunately, thanks to careful sorting, only the most beautiful bunches were kept. The Chardonnays, meanwhile, proved to be very powerful.

This wine is a blend of Grand Cru parcels from villages on the Côte des Blancs, particularly Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Le Mesnil sur Oger.

In the glass, you can see a beautiful pale golden color. When you bring the glass to your nose, you will discover aromas of dried fruits with a light toasted note.

Full-bodied with integrated acidity, giving the whole great finesse and a harmonious, slightly crisp finish.
