A House Founded in 1937
The vineyard of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger is a terroir of exceptional distinction, classified 100% Grand Cru. It lies at the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, so named for its reigning grape variety, Chardonnay. The white wine produced from this grape, with its pale flesh and skin, has earned the designation “Blanc de Blancs.”
The excellence of our terroir stems from an east-facing slope, with fine soils, pure chalk subsoils, and excellent water retention. These conditions allow the Chardonnay to fully express its finesse and character.
An Unaltered Expertise
Every stage of the winemaking process is carried out with meticulous attention to fermentation temperatures.
Our modern facilities, while preserving time-honored craftsmanship, allow for enhanced precision and consistency across our cuvées. The wines are then laid to rest in our cellars for a minimum of three years, enabling their aromas to develop
gradually over time until they reach full maturity.
Through refined and masterful blending, each Le Mesnil cuvée reveals a singular character and an unmistakable taste. We are delighted to share these wines with you through a rich and diverse range, designed to elevate life’s most memorable moments.
Vinothèque
Our terroir, in harmonious union with Chardonnay, gives rise to wines of unparalleled freshness and refinement.
With the passage of time, these qualities allow our vintage cuvées to flourish with even greater intensity. Their aromatic profile evolves toward increasing complexity, revealing notes of toasted almonds, followed by nuances of chocolate, mocha, and undergrowth.
Our wine library stands as a sanctuary devoted to these rare aged vintages, the oldest of which was harvested in 1969. Across the world, discerning connoisseurs acclaim these exceptional wines.
