LE MESNIL - Cœur de Mesnil 2012

In the glass, the wine presents a beautiful deep golden yellow color with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles, not abundant but steady.

Upon smelling the wine, one is immediately transported to a world of pastries.

On the palate, the attack is clean without being excessive, and the minerality is present but not harsh. The signature of mature Chardonnay is clearly discernible, without descending into exuberance due to the well-defined pastry aromas. The vinification without malolactic fermentation preserves the wine's longevity, and the dosage allows for a final refinement.

This cuvée is available in bottles and magnums.
