This non-vintage is for wine lovers. It is made from a blend of Chardonnay grapes coming exclusively from Mesnil sur Oger, from different years, which are selected for their finesse and lightness, delivering complex and gourmet aromas. These bottles are aged on laths in the cellar for 7 to 8 years, which gives this wine its very vinous character. The complex texture of this wine allows for a touch of sugar to balance it.

Available in bottle and magnum.

Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
